Transforming ETB into a fiber operator, with over 70% of customers using fiber within three years, while executing the national Centros Digitales rural connectivity program.

Sergio González Guzmán has led public, private and mixed-ownership organizations across Latin America for over 20 years. He served as President and CEO of Keralty–Sanitas Group in Colombia and ETB, and as President of Asomóvil. He currently serves as interim CEO leading the reorganization of a regional digital health holding company operating in Colombia, Mexico and Chile.
His expertise lies in pivotal moments of transformation: aligning shareholders, teams, regulators and government behind a strategy and delivering measurable results. His experience spans turnaround, M&A, financial structuring and relationships with international funds and multilateral institutions.
